Below written is our Returns & Cancellations policy, in case you do not fall immediately in love with Gulaal's jewelry:
1. Products are eligible for return only if you receive them in damaged condition and can be returned within 7 days of receiving them.
You will have to email us a photo/video of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. The Gulaal Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you can ship us the products. Shipping cost has to be borne by the customer only.
3. We will initiate the refund once we receive the item and it has passed through the necessary quality checks. Once your return request has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit in your Gulaal account or the amount can be reversed via the same payment mode that you used to place this order.
4. We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the Gulaal Care team at email@example.com.
5. All returns are subject to the discretion of Gulaal.
